Phuket officials went into emergency mode on Friday after a foreign tourist climbed on the roof of Phra Mahathat Chedi at Wat Chalong in Phuket's Mueang district.<br />.<br />Provincial officials rushed to the scene to persuade the tourist to climb down from the 20-metre high pagoda.
